BRISTOL, R.I. - Roger Williams University Men’s Tennis team member Jason Pacino (North Reading, Mass.) has been named TCCC Rookie of the Week and RWU Male Athlete of the Week for his outstanding performance in three matches last week.

Pacino had a perfect performance in the three matches, winning all three of his singles matches and also his #2 doubles match with partner Nicholas Hawvermale (Bethlehem, Conn.).  Against TCCC rival Curry College, Pacino defeated his opponent 7-2, while continuing his streak the following day against Bridgewater College in a 5-4 win.  On Saturday he battled with Endicott’s Olivier Joggi, emerging victorious at the #3 position by game scores of 6-3, 3-6, and 1-0,

The Roger Williams University Men’s Tennis team and award-winner Pacino, look to continue their three-game winning streak Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. as they travel to play Western New England College.
