Women’s Lacrosse senior Claire Halliday (Trenton, N.J.) has been selected as Roger Williams University Female Athlete of the Week for her performance in the Hawks two wins last week.

After beginning the week with a 7-15 loss to undefeated Bridgewater State University, the Hawks picked up two Commonwealth Coast Conference wins, defeating Anna Maria College 21-4 on Wednesday then winning 15-11 over Gordon College.

Halliday scored twice with an assist against Bridgewater, then followed up that performance with five goals, three assists, and four draw controls against Anna Maria. She closed out the week with two goals, three assists, and five ground balls against Gordon.
