BRISTOL, R.I. – Senior guard Ryan Weekes (Worcester, Mass.) has been named the Roger Williams University Female Athlete of the Week for November 28, 2011.

Weekes’ double-double helped RWU Women’s Basketball to a 65-49 victory over intra-state rival Johnson & Wales.  In addition to her 11 points and 12 boards, Weekes added a team high 3 steals.

The Hawks are currently 3-0 and open Commonwealth Coast Conference competition with a 6:00 pm home match against Eastern Nazarene tonight (November 30).
