Roger Williams University freshman middle blocker Brittany McMullen (Lancaster, Pa.) was named Female Athlete of the Week. McMullen had 28 kills over three matches at the Endicott Invitational never hitting lower than .385. In the final match of the weekend that paired the only two undefeated teams in the tournament, McMullen recorded 11 kills and 10 blocks in a three set victory over Williams. On the week, the freshman hit .440 with 15 blocks and two digs.
