Roger Williams University freshman standout Tim McGowan (Northport, N.Y.) earned a first place finish at the CCC Championship with a time of 27:25 in the 8K event. McGowan was named the CCC Runner and Rookie of the Year as the Hawks earned their 14th CCC Championship.
