MILTON, Mass. – The Roger Williams University Women's Soccer team got back on the winning track Saturday afternoon with a 2-0 shutout of Curry College.

The freshmen tandem of Laurin Pendleton (Southwick, Mass.) and Katie Fusaro (Hopkinton, Mass.) were responsible for the Hawk offense in the game. Fusaro notched the first goal of the game in the 27^th minute to put the Hawks up 1-0. Pendleton would add the insurance goal late in the second half, finding the back of the net in the 81^st minute.

Junior keeper Jen Garside (Londonderry, N.H.) saved three shots in the game in the win. Garside has not allowed a single goal in all four of the Hawks' wins this season.

Roger Williams (4-2-0, 2-1-0 TCCC) will head up to Gordon College Tuesday afternoon for a 3:30 p.m. game, while Curry (3-2-1, 1-1-1 TCCC) hosts Anna Maria at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
