Box Score TAMPA, Fla. - The Roger Williams University Women's Tennis team collected its third straight win of its Florida Spring Break Trip with an 8-1 win over SUNY Oneonta Wednesday evening.
 
Roger Williams opened with a sweep of doubles play, headed up by an 8-0 win by Julia Akerman (Greenwich, Conn.) and Lauren Schmidt (South Windsor, Conn.) over Alana Green and Michelle Spencer. Kathryn Hughes (Westford, Conn.) and Gabrielle Riley (Barnstable, Mass.) teamed up for an 8-4 win at #2 over Samantha Butcher and Christine Santarsiero, while Hannah Schrader (Burnt Hills, N.Y.) and Ali Stankiewicz (Brunswick, Maine) took down Kayla Houle and Erin Tully 8-1 at #3.
 
At singles, Akerman and Riley each claimed 6-1, 6-0 wins at #3 and #5, respectively. Schmidt and Stankiewicz posted respective wins at #2 and #4 by identical 6-0, 6-2 scores, while Schrader swept at #6, 6-0, 6-0. Green picked up the Red Dragons' lone win at #1 against Hughes.
