Box Score MILTON, Mass. – The Roger Williams University women's tennis team notched its second straight win as the Hawks defeated Wentworth Institute of Technology, 9-0, in Commonwealth Play at Curry College on Wednesday afternoon.
With the win the Hawks improve to 8-3 overall and 5-2 in league play while the Leopards fall to 1-8 (1-4).

Jessica Magliato (New Rochelle, N.Y.) won at No. 2, 8-4, over seniors Caitlyn Briggs (Lee, Mass.) and Sam Webb (Duxbury, Mass.).
Magliato defeated sophomore Jasmine Andrade, 6-0, 6-0, at No. 5 before Martin's 6-1, 6-0 win over McGibbon at No. 6 clinched the match for the Hawks. Sophomore
Riley Spillane (Easton, Mass.) defeated Butts, 6-0, 6-0, at No. 4, Roche defeated Briggs, 6-2, 6-1, at No. 2, Riley defeated Webb, 6-3, 6-1, at No. 3, and Stankiewicz defeated Sollecito, 6-3, 6-3, at No. 1
Wentworth is at Nichols on Saturday. Roger Williams is back in action tomorrow, hosting Worcester State.
