How It Happened
With two minutes into the game, Hawk's Grant saw Oliveira cut to the middle of the box when he passed the ball over. Oliveira then one touched it past goalkeeper Austin Scoggin (Cutchogue, N.Y.) to give the Hawks an early 1-0 lead. The second goal came from Grant as teammate Watt kicked the ball up from midfield to put it in perfect position for Grant to create a shot from the left corner of the net. Later on in the half, JWU's Gutekunst netted the ball for the first and only goal for the Wildcats. Wetzel and Edwards also both found the net in the second half to give the Hawks a 4-1 win.
