2012: Ran a season personal-best for the 6k with a time of 24:39.28 at the CCC Championship, finishing 17^th overall…Did the same at the 5k Pop Crowell Invitational posting a time of 20:20.2…Both times were fourth-best on the team…Posted the second-fastest time on team in the two-mile run at the Emmanuel Invitational…Served as a team captain.

2011: Finished in tenth place at the Emmanuel College Invitational with a time of 12:42.90…Placed 26^th at the Commonwealth Coast Conference Championship with a time of 25:44…Came in 32^nd place at the Western New England Invitational with a time of 21:07.15…Finished 71^st at the ECAC Championships in 25:25.97…Came in 94^th in 20:35 at the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational…Placed 182^nd at the Division III New England Regional, clocking in 25:02.83.

2010: Placed 43th at the Bryant University Invitational…Finished 28^th at the Roger Williams Invitational…Finished 39^th at the TCCC Championship.

2009:  Named TCCC Rookie of the Week in mid-October…Finished 49^th at the TCCC Championships…Placed 55^th at the James Earley Invitational…Finished 42^nd at the Pop Crowley Invitational…Finished 144^th at the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational…Placed 21^st at the RWU Invitational…Finished 58^th at the Bryant Invitational.

High School: Graduate of Franklin High School…Four-year member of the cross country team, winning three letters…Competed for four years on the indoor and outdoor track & field teams, winning four letters each…2006 Indoor Track & Field All-Star…Class B Champion of the Outdoor 4x800 in 2006, 2008, and 2009…Placed in All-States for Cross Country in 2006 and 2008…Member of the Indoor 4x800 New England champions from 2006-09 and 2009 Outdoor 4x800 New England champions...Honor Roll in 2006, 2008, and 2009.

Personal: Parents are Joe and Rosemary…Has two siblings, Joe and Tim, who is a former member of the RWU Men’s Cross Country team.
