2013: Won the Commonwealth Coast Conference Championship and claimed CCC Runner of the Year honors for the second straight season, finishing in 26:25.5…Placed 53rd at the New England Division III Championship in 25:58.88…Three-time Commonwealth Coast Conference Runner of the Week on October 7.

2012: Earned CCC Runner of the Year by winning the CCC Championship in a time of 26:52.88…Named CCC & ECAC Runner of the Week a combined four times…Made the top-100 at the NCAA Division III New England Championship with a time of 27:03 which was also 1st on the team at the meet…Finished in 1st Place at the Emmanuel Invitational with a time of 16:29, which was also the fastest 5k time on team…Place 6th overall at the RWU Invitational finishing the 5k course in 17:04…Ran the fastest 8k time (26:19) at the UMass-Dartmouth Invite.

2011: Earned All-CCC honors after finishing as runner-up in the Commonwealth Coast Conference Championship with a time of 27:48…Finished second at the Emmanuel College Invitational with a time of 15:36.20… Took ninth place at the Pop Crowell Invitational, coming in with a time of 27:18…Came in 12th place at the Western New England Invitational with a time of 27:41.84…Placed 63rd at the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational with a time of 26:40.34…Placed 104th at the New England Regional with a time of 26:51.89.

2010: Named TCCC Rookie of the Year…Earned TCCC Rookie Runner of the Week honors….Placed 29th at the Bryant University Invitational…Finished 10th at the Roger Williams Invitational…Placed 2nd at the TCCC

High School: 2010 graduate of Bethel High School…Three-year letterwinner on the Cross Country and Track teams…Named All-SWC (2008, 2009), All-State (2009), and All-state Open (2009) for Cross Country…Earned All-SWC honors for Indoor/Outdoor Track in 2009…Also played three years as a centerfielder and pitcher on the Baseball teams and two years as a guard on the Basketball team.
