2012: Ran a season personal-best 5k time of 18:00 at the Emmanuel Invite finishing 23rd overall…Set an 8k personal season-high with a 28:41 time at the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational…Ran a 30:16 time at the ECAC Championships placing him 151st overall…Also finished 22nd overall at the CCC Championship with a time of 29:06.
2011: Finished in 22nd place at the Emmanuel College Invitational with a time of 17:59.90… Placed 35th at the Commonwealth Coast Conference Championship with a time of 32:09…Came in 75th at the Pop Crowell Invitational with a time of 30:06…Finished 181st at the Westfield State Invitational with a time of 31:01.34…Came in 196th at the ECAC Championships with a time of 30:43.92.
2010: Placed 72nd and the Bryant University Invitational…Placed 32nd at the Roger Williams Invitational…Finished 109th at the James Early Invitational…Also Placed 32nd at the TCCC Championship.
High School: 2010 graduate of East Hampton High School…Three-year letterwinner on the cross country team…Two-time team captain… All-Shoreline 2nd Team in 2007 and 2008…All-Shoreline 1st team in 2009…2009 team named Shoreline Champions, and awarded Faulk Award…Also ran four years of indoor/outdoor track, being named All-Shoreline 1st time in the 4x800 relay…Named Honor Roll every semester, earning High Honors in freshman year, first semester and senior year, second semester.
