Biography

2011-12: Started 24 games for the Hawks on the season…Named to the All-CCC First Team…Led the Hawks in a number of categories, including scoring (17.5), rebounding (8.5), field goal percentage (.517), and blocked shots (53)…Scored a career-high 41 points in the Hawks’ season opener against Johnson & Wales…Finished the season with seven double-doubles, including two 22-point, 13-rebound performances…Scored his 1,000th career point against the University of New England on January 7.

2010-11: Played in all 26 games on the year for the Hawks, starting in 17…Finished the year as the Hawks’ leading scorer (12.2 ppg), rebounder (6.0), and shot blocker (59)…Second on the team in field-goal percentage at .453…Notched three double-doubles on the year, going for 12 points and 10 rebounds against Western New England (1/22), 20 points and 13 rebounds against Colby-Sawyer (1/29), and 13 points and 13 rebounds against Anna Maria (2/8)…Scored a season-high 26 points in the TCCC Quarterfinals against Endicott on February 22.

2009-10: Played in 24 games, started in 23…Led the team in defensive rebounds with 4.4 per game…Also led the team in blocked shots with 1.4 per game…Scored a season high 25 points against Coast Guard Academy on December 5th.

2008-09: Finished his rookie season with All-TCCC Honorable Mention honors (first freshman to do so since 2005)...Started in 16 of 25 games played...Averaged 10.8 points per game, putting him in second on the team...Also second on team with number of field goals made (104 out of 204)...Led the team in successful foul shot opportunities with 50...Number one Hawk rebounder, averaging 4.5 per game…Also led team in blocked shots (1.8 per game).

High School: A 2008 Graduate of Somerville High School, Flanagan competed on the basketball team, earning GBL All-Star recognition in 2007 and 2008.
