Biography
2025: Ran a season-best 29:16.8 in the 8k at the CNE Championship… Added consistent marks of 29:40.8 at the Paul Short Run and 29:43.2 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational… Also recorded a 30:55.3 performance at the James Earley Invitational.
2023: Ran a personal best 27:56 8K at Umass Dartmouth Invitational (Sept. 17), placing 41st.Â
2022: Set a personal best 5K time at the Suffolk Short Course Classic in 17:53.7... Placed 23rd with a personal best time of 28:34.3 at the James Earley Invitational... Finished the CCC Championships in 29:14.
Prior to Roger Williams: 4-year varsity Cross Country participant, 4-year varsity Track participant.
