2025: Ran a season-best 27:24.1 in the 8k at the James Earley Invitational and added a strong 27:29.6 performance at the CNE Championship… Clocked 27:45.5 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational and 27:54.0 at the Paul Short Run… Opened the year with an 18:11.7 5k at the George Suitor Invitational.

2024: Ran a season-best 28:07.8 in the 8k at the CNE Championship… Posted a 28:16.7 at the Connecticut College Invitational and a 28:26.2 at the James Earley Invitational… Added a 28:39.0 performance at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational… Opened the season with a 17:57.8 in the 5k at the Trinity Bantam Invitational… During the outdoor and indoor track season, recorded a season-best 2:10.50 in the 800m at the CGA Spring Invite and placed 13th in the 800m (2:10.55) at the CCC Championships… Also ran 57.50 in the 400m at the Sean Collier Invitational and 2:53.28 in the 1000m at the Brown University Invitational.

2023: Competed at the CCC XC Championships, posting a 29:07.0 in the 8k to place 49th.
