2025: Turned in one of RWU’s strongest seasons, running a season-best 25:46.4 for 31st at the NCAA Mideast Regional after placing 2nd at the CNE Championship in 25:48.1… Added an early-season 25:59.0 at UMass Dartmouth… On the track, posted standout personal bests including 8:49.50 in the 3000, 4:04.83 in the 1500, and 9:36.68 to win the 3000 steeplechase at the Silfen Invitational… Also clocked 15:32.41 in the 5000 during a strong spring campaign... Earned All Region Honors... Nominated to CNE All Conference First Time.
