2025: Delivered one of the top seasons in RWU history, winning the CNE Championship in 25:20.6 and the NCAA Mideast Regional title in 25:05.5… Ran a season-best 24:18.2 for 8k to place 2nd at the Paul Short Run… Capped his season with a standout performance at the NCAA Division III Championships, finishing 6th in 23:54.3... Named CNE Runner of The Year... Named to CNE All Conference First Team... Earned All Region Honors... Named All American.
2023: All-Conference member, Top five at Mideast Region... Finished 22nd at Nationals...First All-American in Roger Williams history... Fastest 8k in program history... Runner of the year award winner.
2022: Finished the Suffolk Short Course Classic in 16:11.6... Took 10th place in the UMass Dartmouth XC Invitational with a time of 25:04.5... Received CCC Awards Rookie of the Week and Runner of the Week as well as Rookie and Runner of the Year awards... Placed 2nd in the James Earley Invitational with a personal best time of 24:56.2...
