Biography
2025: Ran a season-best 29:30.4 in the 8k at the James Earley Invitational… Added a 29:55.3 performance at the CNE Championship to close out the season… Continued to develop as a contributing member of the roster throughout the fall.
2024: Ran a season-best 27:37.1 in the 8k at the CNE Championship… Posted a 27:50.0 at the Connecticut College Invitational and a 28:04.6 at the James Earley Invitational… Added a 27:59.9 performance at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational… Opened the season with a 17:19.7 in the 5k at the Trinity Bantam Invitational.
Prior to Roger Williams: A 2024 graduate of Wakefield Memorial High School… Four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams… Earned eight varsity letters… Served as team captain in both cross country and track in 2024… Seven-time state champion… Six-time league all-star… Member of the National Honor Society… Consistently named to the High Honor Roll and Honor Roll.
