Opened the year with a 22nd-place finish in 17:15.2 at the Trinity College Bantam Invitational on September 7th... Placed 16th at the James Earley Invitational on October 12th in 27:07.3... Ran 27:13.3 for 185th at the Connecticut College Invitational on October 19th... Concluded the season at the NCAA Division III Mideast Region Cross Country Championships on November 16th, finishing 99th in 27:43.7.
2023: Set a new personal best 8k time of 27:05.6 at UMass Dartmouth Invitational (Sept. 17)...Set 5k time of 16:32.1 at Battle of the North Shore (Sept. 1)...Placed 52nd at CCC Championships.
