2022: Finished the Suffolk Short Course Classic in 17:34.6... Set a personal best 8K time of 27:39.5 at the James Earley Invitational... Placed 29th at the CCC Championships in 28:26.5... Took 105th in the Division III Mideast Regional XC Championship with a time of 29:29.4.

High School: A 2021 graduate of Joel Barlow High School…Four-year member of the cross country and swimming teams…Also spent three years on the track and field team…Captain of all three teams…Cross Country Outstanding Freshman in 2017…Cross Country Outstanding Junior in 2019…Cross Country Team MVP in 2020…Member of the National Honors Society…High Honors Student.
