Biography
2025: Ran a season-best 29:24.0 in the 8k at the Paul Short Run… Added consistent marks of 29:34.7 at the CNE Championship and 29:55.5 at the James Earley Invitational… Opened the year with a 19:37.1 5k at the George Suitor Invitational and a 30:40.2 effort at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational.
Prior to Roger Williams: A 2025 graduate of Riverhead Senior High School… Earned three varsity letters in cross country and four varsity letters each in winter and spring track & field… Served as cross country captain his junior and senior years and captain of both winter and spring track & field his junior and senior years… Broke the school record in the 2000m steeplechase with a time of 6:41.98… Named cross country Most Improved as a junior… Served as a Riverhead CAP Presenter his senior year.
