2014: Finished 24th overall at the NCAA Championships with a time of 26:03.9…Awarded All-New England honors…Named CCC Rookie of the week and ECAC Rookie of the week… Won CCC Athlete of the week due to his time of 24:34.60 at the Dartmouth Invitational, where he placed 5th of 71. Placed 172nd in his first appearance at nationals with a time of 25:44.7… Made 2014 Men's Cross Country All-CCC Team.

High School: A 2014 graduate of Northport High School…Member of the cross country and indoor and outdoor track teams…Named team captain…Six-time All-American…10-time all-county…Five-time all-state.

Personal: Parents are Paul and Laura…Has three siblings, John, Sean, and Annie…Plans to major in Psychology.
