Adam Mercer is an ice hockey coach specializing in goaltender development from the youth level through the professional ranks. He currently serves as a Managing Director and Goaltending Coach with Stop It Goaltending at Merrimack College. In this role, Mercer develops individualized training plans, leads on- and off-ice skill sessions, and has worked with professional athletes, including Calgary Wranglers goaltender Devin Cooley and Providence Bruins goaltender Brandon Bussi.

In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Mercer serves as the Operations Manager for Stop It Goaltending U, the organization’s mobile development platform. He oversees video production, instructional content, and coordination across multiple training series to support athlete growth and skill development. Mercer also works as the Goaltending Coach for the Railers Junior Hockey Club (NCDC), where he was part of the Railers’ coaching staff that captured the 2024 EHL and EHLP Championships.

Mercer holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
