2014: Named All-CCC Honorable Mention…Played in all 18 games on the season, making three starts…Scored six points on the year on two goals and four assists…Tallied 26 ground balls and ten caused turnovers…
2013: Appeared in 14 games while starting six…Caused the third-highest amount of turnovers on the team with 13…Tallied one goal and two assists one five shots…Collected 24 ground balls.
2012: Played in 15 games on the season with two starts…Fifth on the team with nine caused turnovers…Tallied 28 ground balls on the season…Won one face-off in three attempts…Also scored two goals…Totaled five ground balls and four caused turnovers against Salve Regina on April 4.
Prior to RWU: Freshman transfer student from Endicott College.
High School: Graduated in 2011 from Somers High School…4-year letter winner in varsity lacrosse…Served as captain of the team during his junior and senior seasons…Recognized as 2010 and 2011 NCCC All-Conference…Earned Connecticut All-State honors in 2010 and 2011…Named to the Hartford Courant All-State team during his senior year…Off the field, volunteered at Hartford Hospital and with Somers CT Town Youth Lacrosse League.
Personal: Parents are Cheryl and Robert Ficara, and brother is Austin…Plans to major in Criminal Justice.
