Brian Combra returns for his ninth season as an assistant coach of the RWU Men’s Soccer program.
As a former forward/midfielder for the Hawks, Combra boasts an impressive four-year record of 68-18-9. He started in 64 of his 82 games played, while scoring four goals and contributing 21 assists. The team competed in the NCAA Tournament in the 2001 and 2004 seasons and also earned the ECAC Championship title in 2002 and 2003.
Combra earned a degree in Communication and Journalism upon graduating from Roger Williams in 2005. In working experience, he volunteered at Portsmouth High School as an assistant soccer coach from 2005-2009 and also caddied professionally on the LPGA tour during those years. Combra currently works at Newmar Private Risk Management, an insurance group in Newport, R.I.
