Caitlin Mayo

Caitlin Mayo will begin her first season as a member of the Roger Williams University Men’s Soccer coaching staff after spending last season as an assistant coach for the RWU Women's Soccer squad.


A 2008 graduate of Roger Williams, Mayo spent four seasons as a starter on the Hawks' squad. A two-time team captain, Mayo finished her career as one of the leading point scorers in school history with 102 points, ranking fourth all time in goals scored with 41.


In the 2007 season, she received All-Commonwealth Coast Conference recognition for the fourth time in her career. In addition, the New England Women’s Intercollegiate Soccer Association selected her to play in the NEWISA Senior Bowl in December, competing with the best women’s soccer players in New England in NCAA Divisions I, II, and III.

 

At the 2008 Roger Williams Athletic Banquet, Mayo received the Scott F. Viera Director of Athletics Award, given annually to the individual that best exemplifies the qualities and core values of a Roger Williams University student-athlete.

 

Mayo is currently enrolled in the graduate program at the Roger Williams University School of Architecture.
