Roger Williams University Athletics

Lugo works primarily with the outfield and oversees the Hawks strength and conditioning, in addition to working with the team’s offense and base running.
 
Lugo previously served as an Assistant Coach for the Southern Connecticut State University Baseball team, where he was responsible for strength and conditioning, hitting, fielding, throwing, and batting instruction as well as serving as first base coach.
 
He currently runs Complete Athlete in Bristol and works as a personal trainer.
