2025: Posted a season-best 8k of 28:26.5 at the Paul Short Run on October 3… Added a 28:34.5 performance at the CNE Cross Country Championship and a 28:35.5 at the James Earley Invitational… Recorded a 29:11.8 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational… Opened the season with a 5k of 18:50.6 at the George Suitor Invitational.
