2026: Recorded a season-best 46.73m in the hammer throw, showing steady improvement and consistency across meets… Posted a season-best 42.83m in the discus and 12.64m in the shot put, contributing across all throwing areas… Delivered strong performances at the Conference of New England Championship, highlighted by a runner-up finish in the hammer throw (44.62m).

2025: Posted a season-best discus throw of 42.83m (140' 6") at the Ocean State Cup on April 3–4… Added a 40.54m (133' 0") mark at the Silfen Invitational and a 38.78m (127' 3") to place 4th at the Conference of New England Outdoor Track & Field Championship… Recorded a season-best hammer throw of 46.73m (153' 4") to place 4th at the conference championship… Posted a 44.53m (146' 1") hammer throw at the Wesleyan Swanson Invitational… Added a season-best shot put of 12.64m (41' 5.75") at the Brown University Invitational… Also recorded a weight throw of 13.03m (42' 9") at the Gordon Kelly Invitational.

2024: Posted a season-best discus throw of 40.76m (133' 9") to place 2nd at the CCC Championships on April 25–27… Added a 39.01m (128' 0") mark at the New England Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championship… Recorded a 38.51m (126' 4") throw at the Corsair Classic… Posted a season-best shot put of 12.09m (39' 8") at the Brown University Invitational… Added an 11.52m (37' 9.5") mark to place 3rd at the Sean Livingston Invitational… Also recorded throws of 11.15m in the shot put and 36.63m in the discus at the CGA Spring Invite.
