2026: Recorded a season-best 52.40m in the javelin at the Ocean State Cup, finishing 8th overall… Posted strong consistency in the javelin with marks of 52.16m at the Silfen Invitational and 52.14m at the Sean Collier Invitational, placing as high as 2nd… Opened the season with 47.03m at the Wesleyan Swanson Invite and added a 42.83m effort at the Conference of New England Outdoor Track & Field Championship.

2025: Posted a season-best javelin throw of 50.10m (164' 4") at the Ocean State Cup on April 3–4… Added a 49.33m (161' 10") mark to place 2nd at the Silfen Invitational… Recorded a 47.84m (156' 11") throw to place 3rd at the Conference of New England Outdoor Track & Field Championship… Also posted throws of 46.04m (151' 0") at the Corsair Classic and 45.24m (148' 5") at the Wesleyan Swanson Invitational.

2024: Posted a season-best javelin throw of 47.62m (156' 3") to place 5th at the CCC Championships on April 25–27… Added a 45.97m (150' 10") mark at the CGA Spring Invite and a 45.48m (149' 2") at the Silfen Invitational… Recorded a 44.88m (147' 3") throw at the Sean Collier Invitational… Opened the season with a 43.66m (143' 3") throw to place 3rd at the Sean Livingston Invitational… Also posted a 41.44m (135' 11") mark at the Corsair Classic.
