2025: Posted a season-best 8k of 26:13.4 to place 7th at the CNE Cross Country Championship on November 1… Added a 26:53.0 performance at the NCAA Division III Mideast Region Championship… Opened the season with a 5k of 17:36.6 at the George Suitor Invitational… Won the decathlon with 6,348 points at the Silfen Invitational, recording event wins in the 100 (11.53), long jump (6.30m), shot put (11.53m), high jump (1.81m), 400 (52.25), discus (33.35m), pole vault (3.75m), javelin (47.74m), and 1500 (4:39.78)… Placed 2nd in the javelin with a season-best 51.83m at the Conference of New England Outdoor Track & Field Championship… Also recorded a season-best pole vault of 4.01m at the Ocean State Cup and contributed to the 4x400 relay with a 3:34.08 at the Wesleyan Swanson Invitational… Indoors, placed 3rd in the heptathlon with 4,534 points at the New England Division III Championship and 2nd at the Lynn Ruddy Invite with 4,395 points.

2024: Posted a season-best 8k of 26:32.5 to place 18th at the CNE XC Championship on November 2… Added a 26:34.3 performance at the NCAA Division III Mideast Region Championship and a 26:48.4 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational… Finished 5th in the decathlon with a season-best 5,429 points at the New England Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championship, highlighted by a 1st-place finish in the 1500 (4:31.50) and 3rd in the javelin (48.75m)… Placed 3rd in the decathlon with 5,401 points at the Silfen Invitational, including a 1st-place javelin throw of 52.22m and a 1st-place 1500 (4:35.09)… Recorded a season-best long jump of 6.22m at the CGA Spring Invite… Added a season-best 400 of 52.17 at the CCC Championships… Won the javelin with a 46.82m throw at the Sean Livingston Invitational… Also posted a season-best pole vault of 3.20m at the CGA Spring Invite.

2023: Posted a season-best 8k of 27:52.4 at the UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational on September 17… Added a 28:25.7 performance to place 20th at the James Earley Invitational… Opened the season with a 5k of 17:11.9 at the Battle of the North Shore… Posted a season-best 800 of 2:09.50 at the MIT Sean Collier Invitational… Recorded a season-best 1500 of 4:31.16 at the Silfen Invitational… Also ran a season-best mile of 5:06.69 at the Pre Post-Season meet… Competed at the CCC Championship in both the 800 (2:11.26) and 1500 (4:32.55).

2022: Posted a season-best 8k of 28:35.5 to place 33rd at the Commonwealth Coast Conference XC Championship on October 29… Added a 30:53.2 performance at the Ron Ouellette Invitational… Opened the season with a 5k of 18:30.2 at the Suffolk Short Course Classic… Also recorded a 5-mile time of 28:56.0 at the UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational.

Prior to Roger Williams: A 2022 graduate of Londonderry High School...Member of the cross country and baseball teams...Placed 29th in Cross country at 2021 NHIAA Division 1 Cross Country Championships...New Hampshire Scholars Award recipient.
