2026: Earned All-American honors with a 10th-place finish in the decathlon at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships, scoring a personal-best and program record 6700 points… Won the decathlon title at the DIII New England Championship with 6606 points and also captured event victories in the javelin, discus, shot put, 400, and 1500… Claimed the Conference of New England title in the javelin with a personal-best 55.46m throw while also scoring in the pole vault, 100m, and hurdles… Named to CNE All-Conference First Team… Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors.

2025: Won the decathlon with 6,348 points at the Silfen Invitational, recording event wins in the 100 (11.53), long jump (6.30m), shot put (11.53m), high jump (1.81m), 400 (52.25), discus (33.35m), pole vault (3.75m), javelin (47.74m), and 1500 (4:39.78)… Placed 2nd in the javelin with a season-best 51.83m at the Conference of New England Outdoor Track & Field Championship… Also recorded a season-best pole vault of 4.01m at the Ocean State Cup and contributed to the 4x400 relay with a 3:34.08 at the Wesleyan Swanson Invitational… Indoors, placed 3rd in the heptathlon with 4,534 points at the New England Division III Championship and 2nd at the Lynn Ruddy Invite with 4,395 points.

2024: Finished 5th in the decathlon with a season-best 5,429 points at the New England Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championship, highlighted by a 1st-place finish in the 1500 (4:31.50) and 3rd in the javelin (48.75m)… Placed 3rd in the decathlon with 5,401 points at the Silfen Invitational, including a 1st-place javelin throw of 52.22m and a 1st-place 1500 (4:35.09)… Recorded a season-best long jump of 6.22m at the CGA Spring Invite… Added a season-best 400 of 52.17 at the CCC Championships… Won the javelin with a 46.82m throw at the Sean Livingston Invitational… Also posted a season-best pole vault of 3.20m at the CGA Spring Invite.
