2023: Ran a personal best 16:50 5k at Battle of the North Shore (Sep. 1), placing 16th.
2022: Took eighth place in the 5000M run at the Commonwealth Coast Conference Championships, setting a personal best time of 16:30.35... Placed 30th in the 800M at the Bears Invitational on March 26, where he set a personal record in the event at 2:18.67.
High School: A 2021 graduate of Joel Barlow High School…Four-year member of the cross country and swimming teams…Also spent three years on the track and field team…Captain of all three teams…Cross Country Outstanding Freshman in 2017…Cross Country Outstanding Junior in 2019…Cross Country Team MVP in 2020…Member of the National Honors Society…High Honors Student.
