Biography
2025: Ran a season-best 25:24.7 in the 6k at the CNE Championship and added a 26:14.2 performance at the Paul Short Run… Posted her top 5k time of the year at the James Earley Invitational in 21:34.7… Finished the NCAA Mideast Regional in 27:23.9… On the track, recorded season bests of 13.62 in the 100, 28.50 in the 200, and 8.61 in the 60… Contributed to multiple 4x100 relay squads throughout the spring, including a 52.15 performance at the New England Division III Championships... Named to CNE Community Service Team.
2024: Ran a season-best 28:03.1 in the 6k at the Connecticut College Invitational and added a 29:21.8 performance at the CNE Championship… Recorded her top 5k of the season in 23:22.9 at the James Earley Invitational, along with a 23:26.7 at UMass Dartmouth
2023: Placed 10th at the CCC Championship in the 100H - with a 19.37. Ran a personal best 26:49 6K at James Earley (Oct. 7).
2022: Set a 5K personal best time of 26:05.1 at the UMass Dartmouth XC Invitational... Finished the Commonwealth Coast Conference XC Championship with a personal best time of 32:54.9.
Prior to Roger Williams: A 2022 graduate of South Windsor High School...Ran three seasons of track...Was a member of the swimming team for three seasons...Was track and field Captain...Track and Field State Qualifier in the 4x100 relay team...Was a swimming State Qualifier in the 100 yard breaststroke and medley and freestyle relay teams...Member of the National Honor Society.
