Biography
2025: Ran a season-best 24:21.6 in the 6k at the CNE Championship and added a 25:17.8 6k at the Paul Short Run… Recorded her top 5k time of the year at the James Earley Invitational in 20:48.4… Finished 120th at the NCAA Mideast Regional in 26:03.3… On the track, posted season bests of 5:21.50 in the 1500 and 13:22.52 in the 3000 steeplechase… Also recorded a 2:54.13 in the 800 and contributed to the 4x400 relay throughout the spring.
2024: Ran a season-best 25:39.3 in the 6k at the CNE Championship… Added a 26:25.5 performance at the Connecticut College Invitational… Recorded her top 5k of the season in 21:59.9 at the James Earley Invitational, along with a 22:29.3 effort at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational and a 24:06.5 at Trinity.
Prior to Roger Williams: 2024 graduate of Albany Academy For Girls... Three year member of Varsity Soccer team, one year member of Cross Country, Track and Field and Squash teams... Earned captain and MVP honors of Cross Country team in 2024, and second team All-Star in Cross Country in 2024. Team captain of Track and Field team in 2024... Three year member of French Honor Society, and three year Treasurer.
