Biography
2025: Ran a season-best 23:33.9 in the 6k at the CNE Championship and added a 6k mark of 24:14.1 at the Paul Short Run… Recorded her top 5k time of 20:02.1 at the James Earley Invitational… Finished the year at the NCAA Mideast Regional in 25:19.3… On the track, set a personal-best 1:08.55 in the 400H to place 2nd at the CNE Outdoor Championship… Added season marks of 2:40.15 in the 800, 5:21.51 in the 1500, and contributed on multiple 4x400 relay squads throughout the spring... Named to CNE All Conference Third Team.
2024: Ran a season-best 24:41.0 in the 6k at the CNE Championship and added a 25:09.6 performance at the NCAA Mideast Regional… Recorded her top 5k time of the year at the James Earley Invitational in 20:07.9
2023: Placed 12th in the 800M and 1500M at the CCC Championships (Apr. 25-27)... Ran personal best 25:29 6K at the Mideast Regional (Nov. 11).
