2012: Entered the fray mid-season and finished the 5k course at the Western New England Invitational in 20:17.84 and 21^st overall finish…Finished in 12^th place at the CCC Championship with a time of 24:18.44, which was the second-best time on the team for the season.

2011: Did not compete due to injury.

2010: Earned TCCC Runner of the Year…Named RWU Athlete of the Week…Named TCCC Runner of the Week twice…Placed 18^th at the Bryant University Invitational…Placed 8^th at the Roger Williams Invitational…Finished 33^rd at the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational…Placed 4^th at the Pop Crowell Invitational…Won the TCCC Championship Race, finishing the 6k race in 23:50.68.

2009: Named to the All-TCCC team as a freshman…Top RWU Finisher in 88^th at the D-III Regional Qualifiers…Placed 4^th at the TCCC Championships…Placed 4^th at the RWU Invitational…Placed 29^th at the Bryant Invite.

High School: Graduated from Ramapo High School…Ran cross country in 2008 and winter track in 2009…Spent two years on the spring track team and three years on the swimming team…Earned First Team All-League and Second Team All-Country honors in cross country in 2008…Was First Team All-League in the 2-mile and All-League Honorable Mention in the 1-mile in 2008 for winter track…First Team All-League in the 2-mile in spring track in 2009…2008 Cross Country League Champions…Won the Rotary Youth Leadership Award and Book Award for creativity, leadership and academics in 2008…Won the Humanitarian Award in 2007…Had a  play written for a Script Writing class that was produced by school as the winter drama.
