2024-25: Competed primarily in mid-distance freestyle and distance freestyle events while continuing to build aerobic strength, pacing consistency, and race execution across multiple race formats throughout the season… Posted season-best times of 2:09.70 in the 200 Y Free, 5:45.99 in the 500 Y Free, and 12:38.03 in the 1000 Y Free… Delivered strong mid-season performances at the Chris Fisher Invitational, highlighted by a 13th-place finish in the 500 Y Free (5:45.99) while also contributing across the 200 Y Free and sprint freestyle events… Added key dual-meet performances, including consistent scoring in both the 200 and 500 freestyle events vs. Conn College and Babson, demonstrating improved endurance and race management in longer-distance events… Competed across invitational and dual-meet competition throughout the season, continuing to provide depth in freestyle events from sprint through distance while steadily improving pacing and overall efficiency.

2023-24: Competed primarily in sprint and mid-distance freestyle events while continuing to develop race execution, pacing control, and versatility across multiple competitive formats throughout the season… Posted season-best times of 2:11.19 in the 200 Y Free, 59.24 in the 100 Y Free, and 27.35 in the 50 Y Free… Delivered steady mid-season performances at Menck Sprints, highlighted by a 7th-place finish in the 200 Y Free (2:13.18), while also contributing across sprint freestyle and backstroke events… Added key dual-meet performances, including consistent scoring across freestyle events vs. Trinity, Connecticut College, and Coast Guard Academy, demonstrating improved endurance and race consistency over the course of the season… Competed across invitational and championship competition, continuing to provide depth in sprint and mid-distance freestyle events while building a stronger competitive base heading into postseason racing.
 

Prior to Roger Williams: Competed in swimming at B.M.C. Durfee High School from 2020–2023, earning a varsity letter each year… Named Rookie of the Year (2020), All-Conference (2020–2023), Coach’s Award (2021), MVP (2022 and 2023), and served as team captain in 2023.

Personal: Child of Angela and Ryan Tiebout… No siblings… Majoring in Management.
