Alessia Cahoon joins the Men's and Women's coaching staff after competing for five seasons as a Hawk. Alessia was a three-year captain and was selected 2019 Conference Rookie of the Year. She earned eight first team all-conference selections and two second teams selections in that time. During her five seasons, she participated in four Semifinal and made one final apperance. Alessia has amassed a personal career record of 303-141 between USTA, MIAA and NCAA play spanning 15 years.
Alessia graduated from RWU in the spring of 2024 with a degree in Construction Management and currently holds the position of Project Engineer for Dimeo Construction.
