2019-20: Finished the season with a 14-16 record…Tied for fourth on the team with ten pins…Earned one win via tech fall.

2018-19: Finished the season with an 8-21 record…Tallied 14 takedowns and 35 escapes…Had five pins.
 
High School: A 2018 graduate of Suffield High School…Four-year member of the wrestling team…Also spent three years on the cross country team…Two-time team wrestling team captain and all-conference wrestler…Placed 5^th in states class m wrestling freshman year at 113, 4^th in states class m junior year at 145…2^nd  in states class m senior year at 152…5th in state opens senior year at 152…6^th  in New Englands senior year at 152…100 win banner in senior year…Member of the boys state political camp in junior year…Named to the Honor Roll…Member of the National Honor Society.
 
Personal: Parents are John Nieroda and Brenda Long…Has four siblings, Joseph Nieroda, Joshua Nieroda, Maddox Tomayo and Alex Tomayo…Plans to major in Finance.
