Roger Williams University Athletics

Nappi leads much of the recruiting efforts, statistics, analytics, and scouting for the team.

Prior to Roger Williams, Austin grew up in the Jersey Shore and attended Red Bank Catholic High School, where he led his team to back-to-back County Championships and numerous prominent playoff wins. He was named to the All-Shore Teams in 2017 and 2018 and was named Player of the Year in 2017 for the Conference. In addition, he was a member of the Carpenter Cup MLB Scout Team in 2017 and 2018.

Nappi attended The Catholic University of America where he played baseball for two seasons before getting injured in junior year. In his time at Catholic, he received two bachelor's degrees, one in Political Science and another in Theology and World Religions.

Currently, Nappi resides in Cranston, Rhode Island and works for a law firm based out of the City of Providence.
