Noelle Schneider '25 was named as the Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for Roger Williams University, ahead of the 2025-26 season. A proud RWU alumna, Schneider is one of the most decorated athletes in program history.

During her collegiate career, she set school records in the 100 and 200 Butterfly and was a key contributor to the program-record 400 Medley Relay team. Schneider captured three NEISDA titles in the 50, 100, and 200 Butterfly as a freshman, was a runner-up in the 100 Butterfly at the NJAC Championships, and earned recognition as the top individual point scorer at the 2022 GNAC Women's Swimming and Diving Championships. She also tallied major invitational victories, including at the NYU Invitational, and helped lead RWU to a relay win at the NCAA Division III Last Chance meet. Her relentless work ethic and leadership helped elevate the program’s competitive culture and national profile.

Beyond RWU, Schneider coaches year-round as Head Senior Coach for Kingfish Rhode Island’s Bristol Branch and contributes to swimmer development through the Ocean State Swim Camp and Kingfish Swim Academy. Known for her empathetic and empowering coaching style, she is deeply committed to the growth of her athletes in and out of the pool.
