Roger Williams University Athletics

The Roger Williams University Athletic Department welcomes Bob Lavoie as an assistant coach for the Hawks baseball team.

As a player at Diamond Regional High School, Lavoie contributed mostly as a catcher and as a third baseman.  He has been coaching for over 20 years at the youth baseball level.

In addition to his duties on the baseball coaching staff, Lavoie also serves as the Director of Culinary Operations at Roger Williams. In this role, he manages the retail and residential food services for the entire campus community.  He has previously helped out the team unofficially alongside Coach Carlson and is excited to be brought on board as an assistant coach.
