Box Score BRISTOL, R.I. - The Roger Williams University Women's Volleyball team ended the 2015 regular season with a 3-0 win over Eastern Nazarene College Tuesday evening.

The win for Roger Williams clinches the top seed for the Hawks in the upcoming Commonwealth Coast Conference tournament.

Prior to the match, the team honored its three seniors,
Elizabeth Flaherty (Sloatsburg, N.Y.),
Kristen Neff (Delmar, N.Y.), and
Nicole Weber (Poulsbo, Wash.), for their contribution to the program over the past four years.

The Hawks came out strong in the opening set, holding the Lions to -.222 hitting while serving up seven aces. RWU would ultimately take the game 25-11.

In the second game, the Lions jumped out to a 4-1 lead before RWU tied it up at four. The set saw four ties in the game, but the Hawks managed to pull away with a 12-4 run. RWU would eventually take the set by a 25-13 score.

The final set saw RWU use a combination of hitting, serving and defense to run away with a 25-6 win. RWU tallied seven aces and three blocks while hitting .476.

Flaherty and
Brittany McMullen (Lancaster, Pa.) each finished with five kills, while McMullen added five aces.
Sarah McAniff (Redding, Conn.) notched four kills and a career-high seven aces, while Weber had 26 assists and six digs.

Hannah Welsh (Derry, N.H.) finished with five kills and five blocks for Eastern Nazarene. Kayla Dean (Lansdale, Pa.) added five assists and six digs, while Oksana DiCamillo (Eighty-Four, Pa.) had a match-high eight digs.

Roger Williams (16-11, 7-0 CCC) ends the regular season Saturday at the University of New England, while Eastern Nazarene (3-23, 0-7 CCC) heads to Elms on Thursday.
