How It Happened
In the first half, RWU's Delli Carpini scored early on following Rozumek's breakaway goal up the right field line. With a 2-0 lead at halftime, Rozumek struck again for her second goal of the game and season with a pass from teammate Yucius to give the Hawks a 3-0 lead. With four minutes left in regulation, Plymouth State's Golowasch netted the ball but it wasn't enough to defeat the Hawks.
