BIDDEFORD, MAINE – The Roger Williams University Women's Soccer team was victorious against University of New England 2-0 in their first conference game of the season on Saturday.

How It Happened
In the first half, Hawk's Delli Carpini took a penalty kick in the box but goalkeeper Pannone saved it. However, Delli Carpini got her own rebound and this time put it in the net for a 1-0 lead. Not until the second half did Delli Carpini struck again finding the net as teammate Comstock made the assist. RWU's goalkeeper Strassburg made an impressive ten saves on the day as the Hawks win 2-0.
