BREWSTER, Mass. – The Roger Williams University Men's Golf team closed out the fall portion of the season by notching a ninth-place finish at the NEIGA Championship Monday afternoon.

Ben Brodeur (Whitinsville, Mass.) was the top finisher for Roger Williams over the two-day tournament. His two-day score of 157 put him in a tie for 15
th place overall. Brodeur carded a 75 on day one to put him in a tie for fourth, but shot an 82 on the second day.
Ben DeFelice (Warwick, R.I.) and
Trevor Hada (Los Angeles, Calif.) both tied for 27
th overall with a combined score of 161. On day one, DeFelice started with an 81 while Hada shot a 79. The second day saw DeFelice post a round of 80, with Hada finishing with an 82.
Burke Howell (Beverly, Mass.) tied for 55
th overall, posting pair of rounds of 85 over both days, while
Tom Manning (Andover, Mass.) finished 73
rd. He opened with a 91 but logged a 98 on day two.
Babson took the team title at +15, with the Beavers' Nicholas Gianelos earning medalist honors at -1 for the tournament.
