Coach's Corner
A strong race for the ladies in what was our first 5K of the season. They executed the race plan very well and I am encouraged with everyone's result. It was a very large race with a number of teams competing, which added to the nervousness a little, but they trusted the work they have been doing would put them in a position to be successful. I know we will continue to improve as the season moves along.
Both teams have the potential to be very good and I know getting the results we got today will help to motivate them to continue to want to get even better.
