BOSTON, Mass. – The Roger Williams University Men's Cross Country team came away with a fourth-place finish at the Suffolk University Invitational, the team's first intercollegiate competition since 2019.
Ryan Shea (Andover, Mass.) took the top spot for the Hawks, claiming 16
th place with his time of 17:01, while
Alexander Kalber (Middletown, Conn.) was right behind him in 17
th one second later.
Ethan Boivin (Tolland, Conn.) would be the next Hawk to cross the finish line, coming in 21
st with his mark of 17:15.
Raffi Manzo (North Smithfield, R.I.),
Trey Generali (Middlebury, Conn.), and
Luke Gillett (Wyoming, R.I.) took 25
th through 27
th, with times of 17:21 for Manzo and Generali and a mark of 17:43 for Gillett.
Wesley Baccay (Chappaqua, N.Y.) was RWU's final scorer on the day, placing 33
rd in 17:51.
