BOSTON, Mass. – The Roger Williams University Women's Cross Country team earned sixth place Friday afternoon at the Suffolk University Invitational.
Amanda Naylor (Glastonbury, Conn.) led the way for Roger Williams, taking 24
th place for the Hawks with her time of 12:30.
Caitlin Boufford (Londonderry, N.H.) was up next for RWU, finishing in 12:43 for 29
th place, while
Carolyn Narahara (Reading, Mass.) earned 37
th place with her collegiate debut time of 13:15.
Laini Pizzitola (Southington, Conn.) scored a 42
nd-place result, coming in at 13:29 while
Emma Maywalt (Wall Township, N.J.) took 48
th in 13:47.
Ali Henderson (Hingham, Mass.) and
Leah Whearty (Walpole, Mass.) would finish back to back to round out RWU's scoring. They would respectively take 51
st and 52
nd with times of 13:53 and 13:54.
Addie Cook (Park Ridge, Ill.),
Sophie Marcille (Waterford, Conn.), and
Catherine Niziak (Merrimac, Mass.) took 54
th, 56
th, and 69
th respectively in 14:03, 14:13, and 15:09 for Roger Williams.
